A look back at the We Love Green festival!

From 2 to 4 June 2023, the Maisons du Monde Foundation team was at the We Love Green festival for the second year in a row, organising activities aimed at reconnecting with trees. Explore the event programme! In addition to the €7 million donated to grassroots associations since late 2015, the Maisons du Monde Foundation is committed to raising public awareness of the need to protect trees. It is in this capacity that we are partnering, for the second year running, with the We Love Green festival — an event known for its environmental commitment as well as its line-up nestled in the heart of the forest.
We Love Trees!
The Maisons du Monde Foundation team was at the Bois de Vincennes park in Paris from 2 to 4 June 2023, at a stand designed by Maisons du Monde, to help everyone reconnect with trees.
Several activities were on offer at the event:
- We Love You | Workshops to craft accessories from plants and thus reconnect with nature
- We Love Art | An art installation designed by artist duo Scenocosme to make hanging plants sing using our electrostatic energy
- We Love Challenge | A sensory challenge to take up with family or friends to raise funds for Envol Vert’s Amazon rainforest preservation project in Peru
- We Love Action | A selection of challenges to take on to help preserve trees every day
